We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help! Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and easy process.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alyhamgoods.store with your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be sent to the address provided with the products you received. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note, any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item following our return process, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your return is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
